TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you place an order with Duma, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read this page carefully as it contains important information. The terms and conditions set out below do not affect your statutory rights.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Duma has no minimum order requirements.

Payments must be made by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Paypal and will be taken in full when your products are ordered. Duma accepts most major credit and debit cards through Paypal, Apple Pay and Stripe.

When you have placed your order on our website we will send a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive this email please let us know by emailing hello@dumauk.com. Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled, so please check carefully before placing your order.

Please do not instruct any trades persons until the goods have arrived at the delivery address. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for re-arranging works to be carried if an issue with delivery arises. Our team will ensure that you are kept up to date with the process of your order via email and / or telephone at all times.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope everything is perfect with your order but we know that ordering online can be difficult sometimes and you may be unsure if you’ve ordered the correct item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different item, if preferred. However, delivery charges are only refundable when the goods are faulty.

Please note:

  • Custom lighting orders are non-refundable, however can be exchanged.

  • Light bulbs have to be returned in their boxes, undamaged.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  • Unless the item is damaged or supplied incorrectly the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us unless sent via special delivery.
